7 Bible Verses for Mom as the summer comes to an end.

One million emotions fly through the air when we realize that July is quickly coming to an end. Summer, in many ways, feels like it just arrived but the “back to school” section at Target tells us otherwise.

Waves of “what could be” ripple their way into our souls and whether you’re a mom of one or a mom of seven, the anticipation of what this year will bring derives unsettling angst deep within.

So before August rolls in and July rolls away we gathered 7 Bible Verses that have shown themselves to bring peace in the middle of chaos.

Matthew 6:34

“So don’t worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will bring its own worries. Today’s trouble is enough for today.”

Hebrews 13:5-6

Don’t love money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.” So we can say with confidence, “The Lord is my helper, so I will have no fear.  What can mere people do to me?”

Lamentations 3:22-23

“The faithful love of the Lord never ends. His mercies never cease. Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.”

Psalm 94:19

“When my anxious thoughts multiply within me, Your consolations delight my soul.”

Romans 8:28

“And we know that God causes all things to work together for good to those who love God, to those who are called according to His purpose.”

Isaiah 26:3

“The steadfast of mind you will keep in perfect peace because he trusts in You.”

 1 Peter 5:6-7

“Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you at the proper time, casting all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you.”

Dear Mama, breathe Him in and know that whatever comes next is in His hands.
